No, salt is never included with any service. If your pool needs salt, it will always be billed separately.
Free chlorine is included only for standard pool openings, within a reasonable amount. If your pool requires an unusual amount of chlorine (e.g., extreme conditions), extra charges may apply.
If your pool water is green and we can’t see the drains, it’s considered a swamp. In that case, a Swamp Cleanup fee of $369 applies — unless we closed your pool last year, then the cleanup is free.
Yes, customers are responsible for providing or paying for any materials needed, like salt or specialty chemicals.
